In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "s9wd" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://s9wd.cam, including all associated services, products, and features available to registered members.
• "Platform" means the s9wd website, any associated mobile-optimized interface, and all related technology infrastructure through which services are delivered.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account with s9wd and has been approved to use the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable registered account held by a Member on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any sports bet, casino game stake, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) ticket purchase, or other wagering activity placed through the Platform using Real Money.
• "Real Money" means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) funds deposited into a Member's Account for the purpose of placing Wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or incentives credited to a Member's Account under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative wagering turnover a Member must complete before Bonus Funds and related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under s9wd's anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and s9wd. By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by placing a Wager on the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, game rules, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific product or promotional rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to the subject matter of that product or promotion only.

s9wd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use s9wd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) of at least 21 years of age.
• You must be accessing and using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming activities are not prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to the laws of Indonesia.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of s9wd or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by s9wd or any third-party responsible gaming program.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep such information current at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with s9wd. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• Valid email address to which you have sole access.
• Active Indonesian mobile phone number for account verification and security purposes.
• Preferred payment method and corresponding account details registered in your own name.

Your Account login credentials — username and password — are strictly personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. s9wd will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

s9wd reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, in circumstances including but not limited to where we have grounds to believe the registration information is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

s9wd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at the point of registration, before the processing of a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity.

When requested, you are required to provide the following documentation within ten (10) business days:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unaltered copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Age: Any document confirming your date of birth and that you are aged 21 or above.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Bank account confirmation or e-wallet screenshot confirming that the payment method used is registered in your name.

Withdrawals may be suspended pending the successful completion of KYC verification. s9wd is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to provide the required documentation promptly and in acceptable form.

s9wd accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by s9wd, however individual payment processors and banks may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sou rce account, less any applicable transaction fees. s9wd does not charge deposit fees, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. In the event of a delay exceeding two (2) hours, please contact our support team with your payment reference number and transaction timestamp.

Members may request a withdrawal of Real Money funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by s9wd's finance team.

Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): Typically processed within 1–3 business hours during WIB (UTC+7) business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days a week).
• E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically processed within 30–60 minutes of approval.
• VIP Diamond and Black Diamond Members: Priority processing with target turnaround of under 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals.

s9wd reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. s9wd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

s9wd does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer fees on their end, for which s9wd accepts no responsibility.

s9wd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to its Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause. By accepting any bonus, you confirm your agreement to the applicable bonus terms.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total).
• Only wagers placed with Real Money funds count toward Wagering Requirements, unless the bonus terms explicitly state that Bonus Fund wagers contribute.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to baccarat, roulette, certain togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and low-margin sports bets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirements. Refer to individual bonus terms for contribution rates.
• s9wd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the applicable offer terms.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through prohibited methods — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage, or manipulation of bet placement to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

All wagers placed on s9wd are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market in addition to these general provisions:

• A Wager is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where s9wd explicitly provides a "cash out" or "bet edit" feature and the Member uses that feature within the permitted timeframe.
• s9wd reserves the right to void any Wager where it was placed on odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the wagered Real Money amount will be returned to the Member's Account.
• For live (in-play) sports betting, s9wd uses real-time data feeds. In the event of a data feed interruption, live markets may be temporarily suspended. Wagers placed immediately before or during a data interruption may be voided at s9wd's discretion.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three (3) selections and are subject to the specific accumulator rules published in the Sportsbook section.
• For togel markets, results are determined by official draw outcomes from the designated draw operators. s9wd accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy between third-party draw result publications and the official draw source.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per game type. These limits are published within each respective game or market interface and may be updated from time to time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s9wd and constitute a material breach of these Terms. s9wd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through another individual acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with s9wd.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other non-human method to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds pricing for financial gain. Any such exploitation discovered after the fact will result in the relevant wagers being voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Members' Accounts or to s9wd's back-end systems.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for promotional purposes or systematic arbitrage betting designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing s9wd staff or other Members through any communication channel.

s9wd is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a fundamental aspect of its operations. We provide the following tools, accessible from the Member dashboard, to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount of Real Money you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount of Real Money you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in and actively playing beyond a duration you specify.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account from all gaming activity for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your current session duration and net wager position.

All content on the s9wd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of s9wd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from s9wd.

s9wd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

s9wd will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the delivery of Platform services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s9wd's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

s9wd shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss, even if foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, data feed errors, or force majeure events beyond s9wd's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits s9wd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, s9wd will process any outstanding withdrawals of Real Money funds (subject to completed KYC verification) and close the Account within five (5) business days.

s9wd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Extended periods of account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero balance.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, s9wd reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by the jurisdiction in which s9wd holds its international gaming licence.

Members who access the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that they access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative. It is each Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable in their place of residence.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through s9wd's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, to be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

s9wd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where any amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — s9wd will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to a Member's Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect new payment methods) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
